I don’t know if this has been posted before but I came across it on a Facebook group I belong to. “Just a reminder that Type 1 diabetes is covered under the American Disabilities Act and entitles you to a lifetime pass from the National Park service. At least, we have that going for us Type1’s”

When. You turn 62 you are eligible for a senior pass,
Which I believe is about the same thing
And at least when I got my pass, if the admittance to the park was fees based on car then no matter who was in the car was included. Now that was more than 10 years ago and things might have changed. But the senior pass at 62 is still true.
