Do we not have the sidebar of new members anymore on the main page? I use to look through it and drop a welcome line when I had time, but I don’t see it anymore in the new format. Anyone see it anywhere?

We’ve changed the Member listing (in the middle, now) to show the Most Recent Members again.
Please help us, when you say hi and drop a welcome to anyone joining and you see them not having uploaded a photo to their profile page, asking them to please consider adding a photo instead of the gray man.
