On hold with Medtronic-Minimed

I have been on hold with Medtronic tech support for 15 minutes now. After making my way through the phone tree, I heard a message that said "Due to a system upgrade, you may experience extended delays before speaking to a customer service representative." Now I am listening to a pleasant-enough tune that sounds like the music from an old Peanuts cartoon, and laughing to myself over their message.

I have almost forgotten why I called, so now my first question will be, "So how is this a system upgrade?"

That’s ridiculous!! How have other people found this company? Looks like they need an upgrade alright…
