Pain Management and Blood Sugar

It does wonders for me. I can sleep - really sleep- with no pain, unless I get my horrific calf/shin pain. Turmeric and cymbalta have helped my hip pain a LOT.

Judith, if you can find a good physiatrist, do. I had one (she just moved to Mayo Clinic :frowning: ) who really got to know me holistically and did a lot for my pain.

Hi Judith: Today the trainer at our gym was telling us how she managed her severe knee pain. She took curcummin caps (Tumeric). She swears by it. I think someone else mentioned it on here. Hope the pain subsides. Joanne

My Rheumatologist swears by it. Also ginger.
