Question re: New standards

My Question:

It just occurred to me that in order to meet the new standards, I might have to make the data be NOT normally distributed. The more data I use, the less statistically possible that is going to be. Unless, I simply run the data out of control. This seems like a tall order, according to how math works and how diabetes works. Is it implied that they are asking us to run a much higher a1c? It kinda seems that way. I mean, this data is gonna tend to fall into a normal distribution, given how many data points we use. They are asking us to shape the distribution with the tail like the green plot.

Note: the orange plot is supposed to be a normal distribution. Thats the best that I could draw one using paint. That’s how my data looks.
