Reduced Sugar vs Sugar Free Baked Goods

From what I would assume and I could be wrong, the carb count in your label would have to already include what amounts come from the sugar alcohols…otherwise we’d be very inaccurate in our estimations of what we are actually consuming.

no offense taken, just that you’re right - I do always look at the carbs. Just trying to figure this whole Sugar free issue out because I really had some significant spikes!
