Went to my Endo yesterday to ask about Invokana. He wants to wait on that because he is actually going to a conference next week about that very drug. In the mean time, he put me on Glimepiride in addition to my insulin pump and holy wow. already cut my basal from 2.8 to 2.0 and am haveing PP readings of 100-110. gonna see how it goes for the next few days and may raise my insulin sensitivity from 1:17 to like 1:21 and my carb ratio from 1:4 to 1:6. hooya
