Thanks Gerri ...you must have seen the diff between the locations ...and some some type 1's do have insulin resistance ...I know some in real life !! ...well off to my usual eve. walk :)
You're right about some T1's having IR. Am in awe traveling through Europe how much thinner Europeans are. I grew up in NYC & walked everywhere. My high school was a 3/4 mile walk. No school bus & I only took the public bus when it raining or snowing. After school, I rode my bike, roller skated & played outside until dark. People often think that city kids don't get exercise. Suburban kids have to be driven everywhere.
