Just placed an order for 90 day supply of humalog for a whopping $280! I do it every 4 months and it shocks me every time. I loved Apidra but UHC doesn’t cover it. Medtronic is their preferred insulin pump provider so if I want a T-slim (which I do!), it will be at out of network cost. I am so frustrated with this!!
if you want them to pay, you play by their rules.
You can still get apidra , if your doc can spend some time doing paper work for you .May not work all the time, but no harm in trying.
