Dear guys!
I had a lot of kitchen experiments trying to make some tasty sweets wihout sugar, and I wanna share them with you! Because I’m from germany, I use “grams” as weight units, but there are some exgange sites on the internet for lb. And so on for celsius to fahrenheit scale… ; )
1. Blueberry Muffins
150g whole grain flour
50 ml sunflower oil
1/2 package of raising agent
125 g blueberries
125 ml milk
80 g coconut flakes
4 teaspoons of liquid sweetener
1 big spoon of creme fraiche
1 egg
a little salt
Mix flour, coconut, raising agent and salt, add oil, milk, creme, sweetener and egg and mix it. Add blueberrys and fill up 7 Muffin Forms and bake it for about 15 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
One muffin is about 2 BE (ca.24g carbs)
2. Sugarfree brownies
150g flour
150g crushed Almonds
100g of sugarfree dark chololate (Lindt),melted in a little hot milk
4-5 teaspoons of liquid sweetener
3 teaspoons of cocoa powder
50g butter
1/2 pakage of raising agent
That’s still a lot of calories,but not so many carbs ; )
They need about 10 Minutes in the oven at 180 degree celsius!
3.Chocolate-Banana Desert
Tastes like banana-split, but doesn’t work like a sugar-bomb…
1 big spoon of low-fat mascarpone (still lots of fat in it, but just the half of it^^)
1 big spoon of joghurt
1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of liquid sweetener
1 banana
