It's been a summer, ok a good summer as far as summers go in Seattle, Washington.
I had my 3 month A1c check yesturday, and although 7.9 higher by .9 I feel fine.
My weight has stayed the same, I didn't get to 239lbs as hoped but, I can get back to the wing of things this autumn.
I took college math over the summer, which reulted in my failure to exercise as I wanted to.
My GL has been a bit higher to which I blame lack of exercise, stress from math class, and eating to many sweet melons, and maybe a little bread.
All and all--I am well.
