Super Bolus

I absolutely L-O-V-E the Super Bolus for the occasional high-carb/high-GI breakfast (i.e., donuts, pastries, etc.) It’s not what I typically eat but I’ve found that, when I want to indulge, the super bolus totally keeps the spike down without any nasty hypos post-prandial. Glad to hear it’s working for others, too.

As an aside what is a good breakfast other than “real” oatmeal… That doesn’t consititute cooking a meal…
I gave up on bagels a long time ago… Though will occasionally have whole wheat toast… I know cereal, even the unsweetened kind usually means a rough day getting it down again…
