This is What Frustration Looks Like

I was doing meter research Jenny and I found you and this article on the ADA guidelines. Thank you Jenny for this post in 2007. I follow Dr Bernsteins diet, about 80% of it I would say. This is making more and more sense. What are we all trying to accomplish? Low blood sugar, keeping it low, and not having to correct. My blood sugars where high eating carbs within guidelines of the ADA and the dieteican but now keep them low by following a different diet. Now I spike perhaps 125-130 instead of 200 and above and I recover back to around 95 to 100 after 2-3 hours. I am T2 and have some beta function left and fighting to save what I got. Well controlled equals= less testing, less profit…ummmmmm
