Hey @EmilyC !!! We’ve only met once, but it was nice to put a face to the name finally last year when we met up at a conference! Where ever your next adventure in the job market or life takes you too … kick butt … just like you have done here!!! Hope our paths cross again !!
Emily Coles has been a wonderful community manager during her years holding that title. I especially enjoyed her finding wonderful guests for the talk sessions. She did a great job moderating those sessions. I bet Gary Scheiner will miss Emily, they had very enjoyable sessions together. Emily, I am pleased that you are going to still remain in the Tu group, and I am looking forward to your posts!!

While we will certainly miss you as our manager, I for one, am excited that you will become one of us. I also hope you will fill in as an interviewer when needed.
I just hope @cynthia_rogers is prepared to fill really big shoes that have a knack for dancing like Em.
On a personal note, you know how I feel about you. You touch so many hearts with the love that many crave. Your passion for life beams so brightly I tend to wear shades around you. Your smile brightens every day. You have a lot to be proud of Em. I am proud to know you and you make me a better person.
I will admit how much fun I had trying to flub you during interviews when I could. I wouldn’t do that to just anyone by the way. I have to know that you are capable of handle such things before I start picking on those on stage or in front of camera. Years of production and stage managing, one learns those who are up for that kind of challenge. And I was super proud of you saying “Stoner” during an interview. That took guts. However, I rarely get that choice when introducing myself.
EM…truth is, we will miss you as a community manager. We sincerely all hope we will see you amidst us in chat and as part of the community. I cannot fathom TuD without you. ((Hugs)) my dear friend. If you are ever in the Atlanta area, you have a place to stay.

I know I’m tardy in saying this, but as SO many others have already said, there will never be another @EmilyC! I know you have left the ship in extremely capable hands, but we are sad to see you leave the management side of things. Your amazingly positive attitude and kindness have helped a whole community of people, and for that we cannot thank you enough!
So many great memories indeed! Thankfully, we’ll still have you in the community, continuing to be a supportive and amazing friend to all.
