Well today is my D Anniversary. It was 2 years ago in ICU that I joined Club 1. LOL and I have about 7 months or so and I get a senior discount!!! I figure I got about another 30 to go.
Nothing like joining a club that you werent asked to join and are a part of for the rest of your life… (at least for now)
We’re nearly diabetes buddies, Keith. I was (mis-) diagnosed 3 years ago, and will be applying for social security for November. I don’t know about 30 to go though! If I’m grateful for anything about it, it’s that I wasn’t hit with type 1 as a teenager as I wouldn’t have survived it! Now I’m boringly dedicated to my own well-being!
