Going back to the original post, I agree that tresiba is an excellent basal insulin for MDI, I have found it much better than Lantus in almost all respects, and better than Levemir based on the long duration. But for me, it has not eliminated the need for dealing separately with dawn phenomenon. That’s great if it does for you, but I’d guess there are plenty like me who deal with DP separately from basal.
