My current Doc of about 7 years is of East Indian descent and I adore her…She has worked with me on doing Bernstein and carefully brought my blood pressure down into the safe range—even with my very Severe White Coat Hypertension…She even put the Bernstein book I gave her out in her waiting room for any and all to read.
Docs of all kinds are good and bad. Just get rid of the ethnicity slam and I am with you 100%…
