What about Impaired Diabetes?

I am not sure that it is the high level of insulin that causes these problems but the high levels of blood sugar certainly do.

High levels of insulin are known to cause some problems, such as making it difficult to control your weight.

It is more common to find that doses of metformin less than 1000-1500 mg a day do little to control diabetes.

Robert, I just took my three-month test on Wednesday of this week and I will find out if the current dosage of 250 milligrams will have had any effect.from the last test of 7. I was in the area of 6.0-6.3. The dosage I had been on of 500 mg. was causing my blood pressure to fall too much.

Dear Robert

I agree with that it is a make fat substance the more so if used in excess. Low carb diet is a must to minimize insulin and reduce hunger.

Anthony, Help me with this. If you eat a low-carb diet, where do you get the energy to go walking about thirty minutes for a distance of 1.33 miles. I couldn’t reconcile that. I would faint before I could go half that distance. Not too long ago I almost did and I knew at that time that I hadn’t eaten very much food with carbohydrates in the meal.

Dear Barbie.

Everyone is different my liver will spews out enourmous amounts of blood sugar I can walk 6 miles with nothing to eat. Dont really need any carbs althought getting below 50 grams per day is hard. Everything has a bit of starch of sugar even my beloved pickled herring.
