mine was 91. Not too bad when I ate a cinnamon roll last night. My son made them and they were warm out of the oven...
Do you do corrections, Philmore?
101 mg/dl
This week: 81, 86, 82, 99, 89, 94. I eat low carb and take 1000mg metformin at night.
120 mg/dl = 6.7 mmol/l. Not bad. BG has been screwy lately, though. Maybe has something to do with the hot weather. Just recently bumped up my basal.
106 fasting very happy with that number
yippee, woke up at 6:30 with a 94. not sure how I lucked out there.
113 and i know it was from that stupid last square 0f dark chocolate. i knew it as i was putting it int0 my mouth....running with the devil, i am. ;)
130, still w/ the DP, I'm *punting* and turning up the basal a shade more, which is a bit intimidating transitioning from evening running to morning running, with what seems like a ton of basal. Oh well, we'll see how it goes...
I was 12.6 (227) this morning, back to being high. I've been stuck around that level non-stop since yesterday around noon, despite throwing everything at it (upped basal rates, corrections every few hours, new site and insulin, shot with a pen, exercise) and already using a lot of insulin even before getting stuck up there (1:5 - 1:7 carb ratio, 29u total basal rates). Very frustrating!!! I have been running high a LOT lately including getting ketones a lot, except for the times I run low, very few numbers in between.
I am kind of jealous of those of you saying numbers like 115 are bad!! ;P
Here's a good number story...Went to a Scandinavian Summer Solstice party last night and had to change my pump when I was there (in a smaller town 25 minutes away from the town I live in) I was 144 before I changed pods, then my new pod alarmed out in priming. Ahh...Had to leave the party cuz I didn't have an extra pod and drive 25 minutes back home with my pregnant teenage daughter with no pump. Luckily I still had insulin on board which covered me until I got home. 134 at home, got new pod, made popcorn and watched House with my daughter until 1:00 am. My other kids were at a sleepover. Woke up at 155 at 7:30 am and mowed an acre of lawn. Picked up kids at sleepover and prelunch I am 99. All in all things worked out.
This morning it was 110 and this is in range with my am pump setting 90-110, much better than the 209 I had yesterday morning...life is good
Jen, if it's any consolation, here in T2-Land with my good numbers, which I've maintained for 5 years now, I have 3 kinds of really nasty neuropathy and a terrible time trying to keep my weight down. I only know I have feet at the end of my legs because I can see them (and I'm sooo happy they're still there!). Sometimes numbers are irrelevant, I guess. Hoping yours start behaving like you want, though.
228 at 6:50 am, Chicken carbonara dinner probably contributed but it was down to 130 within an hour so I didn't freak out, and had a really pleasant day on the golf course.
This morning I was 107, but yesterday I was 260. Go figure!
83 is more like it, w/ a relatively flat line all night. Glass of skim milk for about 10G of carbs and off for a run!
99...My pump target is 90-110...outstanding
102 @ 7:34am
I was 8.1 (146) at 6:00 this morning. I was stuck >11 (>200) for almost the entire weekend, so as far as I'm concerned this is a good reading!
68 at 7:24 am, a little low but not horrible.
