Happy Thanksgiving everyone. BROCCOLI, BACON AND CHEDDAR SALAD


3 c. washed & diced Broccoli florets
1.5 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
1/8 cup chopped Onion

DRESSING:
1/2 c. Mayonnaise (full fat, no sugar in ingredients)
2 tbsp. sweetener (stevia, Splenda, etc)
2 tbsp. Cider Vinegar

8 slices Bacon, crispy cooked, crumbled, or 1/2c precooked packaged crumbled bacon
(don't use artificial bacon- it just gets soggy and awful)

In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Mix well. Pour dressing over salad; toss to combine.
Just before serving, stir in bacon pieces.
