This summer I have deal with this nightmare. Iām not sure it is over. Everyone blamed everyone else. I was quite surprise when I picked 3 pens of Humolog instead of 5. The complete prescription was changed for 9 pens instead of my 15 pens. 6 pens short for the time period. There has been errors for the supplies as well. For 5 years all went smoothly. Thank you for this discussion. I was wondering if I was going crazy.
