So excited to share the website for "Ha!" Hypoglycemia Awareness. The mission of Ha is to increase awareness of hypoglycemia in the general public by teaching how to recognize the symptoms and how to respond when someone is experiencing hypoglycemia in public. This is a potentially life-saving skill which can be easily used when needed. On a plane, subway car, public bus, at the gym, on the street...when we are by ourselves we rely on the knowledge of those around us to communicate and recognize a need for glucose and possibly glucagon.
