Everybody I hope you have a great 4Th of July!
I had a great day, started off by watching the USS Consitution fire off its cannons in Boston Harbor, then back home to my hometown for a great parade - it rained on the parade lightly toward the end but otherwise things were great - check out my Ironsides video here at TuDiabetes.
