You gave some really great idea’s and I am sure they’ll be helpful to many people. I thought # 3 was very interesting and had never heard or considered that particular point.
LOTS OF WATER, exercise, eat properly today…we can’t be 100% all of the time, sometimes we do over due the sweets or carbs…you can’t be kicking yourself around the block for long, take a walk around that block, relax, give yourself that break and get back on the wagon of taking care of you.
Can we confess? I had a cupcake when they brought in massive cupcakes at work. It was awesome. I usually don’t go for the sweets but I couldn’t resist. I ain’t apologizing!
I actually had a discussion with someone today that just because I’m diabetic, doesn’t mean I don’t crave sweets or sugars. It’s all about the control. And if I lose it, I get it right back. 
I won’t even tell you all what I ate this weekend. lol
Walk walk walk. Or more simply, move move move. It works.
