Best regards to all of you!

Hi! I’m Riccardo, right now a new member here, and dad of Nicola (now 11 y/o) who has been diagnosed type 1 when he was 8 y/o. We live in Italy (about 20 miles from Venice), and we had our best change in therapy when we moved from the multi-injective stuff to a Animas insulin pump, about 11 months ago…

welcome!

Ciao Riccardo!

I’m glad to meet you here too.

Say hello to Nicola

Gianni

Welcome !!
I have great memories visiting Italy ( bus tour ) , after I completed the Rome Marathon , 2006 , with Team Diabetes Canada …over nighted in Venice …my one problem : I could hardly walk after completion of the marathon …found a great bench in Venice and watched all the tourists

Greetings from USA. The pump is a wonderful change for a young person. I’ve been Type I for 43 yrs. Diabetes is a tough disease … but know it can work. Welcome to the group. You will positively enjoy the information. Julieann

Welcome, Riccardo! Warm regards to Nicola, too.
