After extensive research and talking to many insurance companies, I found out today if you are low income you may qualify for a special needs medicare plan. I do qualify for it and that program does cover the CGMS. So check with Medicare and ask them if you qualify for it. You have to meet health issues which Type 1 Diabetes is considered one that will allow you to qualify so check it out and see what happens for anyone on Medicare and wanting a CGMS
