My name is Jeremy Fultz and I am an independent filmmaker making a documentary about diabetes and afrezza. I have interviewed several people who live with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and all have said the same thing: "It has changed my life and changed the game on living with the fight against diabetes. Attached is the first trailer released, and features one of your very own TuDiabetes community members! My hope is this encourages every person touched by diabetes to get talking to their doctors and asking about options and afrezza.

Great question. I am still conducting interviews with experts and doctors but hope to wrap that up in the next month with a tentative release in the fall (Sept-Oct) I hope. But I will continue to release trailers as I go just to help keep getting the word out.
Sam, have you considered being interviewed by Jeremy? Giving how much Afrezza has changed your life and how much you have done to educate others on this subject, you are really a perfect candidate for this documentary.
Given your experience with Afrezza, I would say at this moment you are actually one of the top experts in this country on the (optimal) usage (dosage, timing of dose, etc.) of Afrezza and its effect.
You really don’t need to be an expert with this stuff, that’s what makes it different… You need to be an expert to get an a1c like that with injected insulin without putting yourself in danger…
I’d consider being interviewed if asked, but would be leaning towards no-thanks. Would be happy to help anyone who wants individual pointers though.
Afrezza has totally changed my life. It has given me the most freedom from Diabetes that I have ever experienced in 33 years living with this disease. I am by no means an expert and as Sam stated you don’t really need to be. Thanks to Sam and Eric for their early videos. I was intrigued to try Afrezza. Now I’m living a life of non-Diabetic numbers. If anyone is interested in trying it, I would be happy to answer any questions.
Awesome Jeremy! It’s only a shame that more are not willing to give this drug a try. Hopefully the new titration packs that are coming out specifically to help new users get dialed-in with 180 cartridges of combined 4u & 8u doses and video’s like this will inspire those on the fence to give it a whirl.
