Counting Carbs

You might want to start your own thread so more of us will see your question. How low carb are you wanting to go? 20-30 grams a day is ketogenic but 20-30 grams per meal is still considered low carb. Starting low carb means that you will have to cut out most sugars and starches like pasta, potatoes and rice. Limiting fruit is something that I personally do. Here is a low carb food list. Thanks ! The list seems immensely helpful.I would like to start with around 100 gms per day and then gradually taper to around 60 to 70.Hope i can sustain it !
