My husband and my 6 year old son went for a run the other night. My son is getting ready for wrestling season to start. My husband told me that my son started dragging anchor about halfway through the run and turns to him and says, "Man, my blood sugar is getting low." Now his blood sugar was low the day he was born and I've checked it many times since then and it has never been low. I seriously doubt he would even know what it felt like. I'm guessing he's heard me say it too many times. I thought it was pretty funny though.

My wife went on a gonzo shopping trip one day, like 10-3 or something and came home without eating and said "I think I'm having low blood sugar..." so we checked and it was 81, not exactly hypo but sort of slim pickings.
