Diabetic without insurance HELP

I am trying to find out if someone knows any info on where I can get help. I need to get my Lantus but I just started a new job and no ins. until Dec. I can not afford to pay for it . I have always had ins. so I do not know who to turn to

I'd probably call my doctor's office. Sometimes they can help you to figure out the best ways to go about getting your meds. They'll probably know of diff. resources out there.

Sorry you're going through this.

Walmart has "N" and "R" insulins for about $25/vial. we are having a live interview today with Gary Scheiner, well known CDE, and I've asked a question in advance about what one might expect if they are faced with using these insulins. please join us this afternoon, if you can

(it will be recorded for later viewing if you can't make it)

additional help may be found here

and I'd ask my doctor too. My endo gives me a few free bottles of humalog or novalog every time I go.

Lantus has a program that allows you to buy it for only $25 per scrip. You can check it out at LantusSavings.com. If you qualify, it might carry you through December.
