Hi Super_sally, welcome, Acknowledging a problem is the best way to start tackling it, so kudos to you, how are you?

Hi! I just joined this website but all the same have been dealing with this disorder for five years now. It’s the most frustrating and endless cycle you can imagine and I can relate to everything you said. I too binge almost daily but am not overweight at all, I like you said would be devastated to gain weight. I think about food and my weight all the time but at the same time i cant stop the binging. constantly tired and irritable due to high sugar and no one seems to understand. I’d love to talk further w you as it’s nice to know you’re not alone.

I would also encourage you to contact our fellow member @Asha1 who founded http://www.wearediabetes.org/ which provides lots of resources and help to those that struggle with eating disorders.

Welcome to the family. I don’t have personal experience with this, but we are here to help you in whatever ways we can. I believe admitting you know this is a problem is a brave first step. Here’s a video of an interview we had with Asha

hugs!!
