The other day, I took a Progresso chicken and rice can of soup.. some spinach.. a 'cajun' flavored sausage, and some pepperoni; put it all together and heated it up, and it was actually really good.
im also a routine guy. It makes bolusing easy atleast. For lunch its always a small pack of mixed frozen vegies heated up with 1 cup of brown rice and around 150gms of chicken breast with a low sugar sauce of some kind so its not so dry. 1 unit of novarapid, those 30gms of carbs are taken care of (prob more like 35 including the sauce and vegies)
