I understand that California’s emergency rules regarding coronavirus allow for early refills of prescription medications - insulin and everything else, at least through March, maybe longer. Maybe Washington state has this in place too?
Obviously check with your benefits manager first, but seems like a great way to get some backup supply at the regular negotiated prices prior to the peak of any public health emergency.
It would be great if this were a federal rule but I think it’s just state-by-state.
