FDA Establishing A Patient Advisory Committee? Anyone heard about this?

I got an email from an organization I am a apart of- Diabeticsisters.org, there was a mention of this in the October Newsletter.
I then located it on DiaTribe.org and they have this link posted with a DUE DATE of 11/15?

Is anyone familiar with this???
