I didn’t feel at all “attacked”. All l am saying is that to dismiss other users’ comments as anecdotal is to dismiss pretty much anything anyone ever writes about from their own experience. My purchase decisions are based on reviews (often taken with a grain of salt), specs, features, and a gut feeling if an item seems to fit my needs. If I were to dismiss every comment because it is anecdotal, I might as well give up reading everyone’s product comments, including mainstream reviews. That isn’t workable. 
oh, and make no mistake–I’m not a Medtronic fanboy by any means. I’ve complained loudly about their awful sensors and have no interest in using Automode. Had Tandem gotten me a pump processed quicker than Medtronic did, I’d be using an X2 as we speak. But that doesn’t mean I would have some good and some bad things to say about it. There are few perfect things in the universe.
