Hi Hannah, I live in Houston as well. Did you ever find a Doctor who supports our LC lifestyle?
I’ve been following Dr Bernstein’s diet and shocked how many doctors don’t know anything about him. I’m almost medicine free and just using diet and exercise. I would like a Dr Bernstein friendly doctor in the KATY, TX area if possible. This thread is a few years old so I didn’t see any working links.
My son was diagnosed with diabetes yesterday so I’m going to have to get more engaged than before and I want him to follow Bernstein’s solution and not get hooked on big pharma.
If anyone knows good HOUSTON or KATY doctors that agree with Bernstein I am interested in their names.
