As most of us are aware, Debb has her BIG DAY tomorrow concerning her Gastric Bypass surgery. She has done such an Excellent job in losing the required weight(and then some)in order to be able to have this surgery. She will be in the Hospital for 2 or 3 days to recover. Hey You…Good Girl!!! :wink:

I just want to wish Debb a Very successful procedure and an easy, restful recovery. My thoughts and prayers will be focused on just you tomorrow Debb. Good vibes to you. We are here for you Debb.

***And don’t be chasing those young Residents around either. :smiley:

Great luck. I am presently enjoying cataract surgury in both eyes and gaining weight like crazy because of the no weight lifting requirements for proper healing.

The surgery was scheduled for 8AM this morning, will take about 4 hours, so she’s in there right now. Praying for a smooth procedure, that the doctors hands will be skilled and sure, that Debb has the least discomfort, a speedy recovery, and a whole new life to look forward to.

UPDATE ON DEBB

I just received a message from Debb…she’s Good eh? Fast at recovery. :smiley: Actually, when she arrived at the Hospital she was informed that the Bypass surgery was cancelled due to the Swine Flu. They are afraid because of her Diabetes and weaker immune system, that she would be a Good candidate for catching it. It’s unfortunate but I don’t care since she’s okay and back with us. YIPPEE!!!

I’m a firm believer in that everything happens for a reason, so maybe it was best that they postponed your surgery. When all is said and done, all of your struggles will be worth it. Think positive, now you have an extra three weeks of seeing your gorgeous doctor!! Stay well and I’ll keep thinking good thoughts for you.
