This is to say Happy Holidays to each and every one of you out there, whether you are a member of TuDiabetes.com or not, whether you have diabetes or not.

Here's hoping that you can spend a quality holiday (or that you spent it if you celebrated Hannukah) with your loved ones; if you live in the American Midwest, that you are safe and warm, in spite of the crazy weather; and that you take good care of yourselves and your values through the tempting holiday times. :)

I will be posting a podcast before the end of the year: it's just a bit crazy still with the preparations for the move.
