High Readings after non-strenuous exercise

HMMMM... Yes 203 is huge for me, Stuart. It is a very stressful BG number for me.

When I first started to exercise I did a lot of pre, during and post testing during exercise--usually on a treadmill. I dropped 70 points normally in a 30 minute routine. I would never exercise at 80-100--I would be too afraid.

This was new and I am starting to sense it is going to become another basal update for me--more messing around with the rates, times....

Isn't Type 1 fun?
