I use an app called Diabetes Diary. Very sinple & easy to use. Whenever you want, just e-mail the log to yourself. It’s in a .csv format so I just open in Excel, do some minor formatting and send to my doctor. She loves it!!
I didn’t find it useful because of no space to track proteins and fats since I use TAG formulas. Also no easy way to enter Symlin except in the notes. The application author mentions that this is a work in progress and will be adding new features as feedback warrants. I’ll take a look at it later as he makes changes.
