Is there a good diabetes-related charity?

We have been talking about doing more charitable giving, and diabetes is a cause dear to my heart for multiple reasons. But I’m looking for a charity that a) has a really small percentage of overhead b) does something markedly good with the money it collects, other than promote itself. That rules out the ADA and the JDRF.

If anyone has a recommendation, please post it here!

Diabetes Hand Foundation! That is who runs TuDiabetes. They did the Big Blue Test and had enough hits with their video on YouTube to get Roche to donate insulin for kids in need. You can click on the DHF on the right side of this site to check out all their programs.
