I tried Jardiance and it didn’t go too well. It prevents your kidneys from reabsorbing glucose, all while forcing any additional glucose out through your kidneys. Long story short, I was peeing every hour on the hour. Insanity. Getting up 3-4x a night to pee. I lasted 2 weeks and called my Endo to say I needed to stop it. I was barely functioning at work from the lack of sleep… That’s was my experience… just wasn’t worth it for me.
