After intense phone calls with Diabetes Specialty, I have a tracking # for AM delivery today. After all that, it figures Dexcom is back in network. Ironically, the order is being shipped directly from Dexcom. Weird!
isn't that amazing.. Diabetes Specialty Center told me that my order (that they did not process in three weeks even with my every-other-day phone calls to them) would be shipped by Dexcom.
I just got my DexCom Platinum. After my initial nightmare with Diabetes Specialty Care I really did not have much hope of getting the sensor kits without the same difficulty.
I called them, explained I had upgraded to the G4, and needed new sensors. She verified information and placed the order. I received the tracking email this morning. The sensor kits will be here Tuesday.
It was painless.
