Iā€™m happy they are still trying to innovate with insulin. Personally I feel like a once a day shot is just fine. I really love Tresibia!

However I would like to see a faster acting meal (bolus) insulin.

Right now its often a good idea to take insulin 20+ minutes before eating. It would be ideal if insulin was fast enough to take 10 minutes after starting to eat.

The idea being then you know how much you actually ate, rather then guessing what your going to eat.
