probiotics may prevent type1 and type1.5 diabetes. Reseach is showing that people with the highest levels of probiotics were less likely to develope auto-immune diseases such as diabetes. As we have become more germaphobic , type1 and type1.5 diabetes has increased .

The reseachers also pointed out that large doses of vitamin D can help protect us from the viruses that stimulate auto-immune disease. Vitamin D can also benifit type2 diabetics.

Just think if I only had a yogurt and some cod liver oil ,I wouldn’t be LADA today !
