I have resumed using my CGMS recently and it is showing huge spikes after my meals.
I still connot convert over to bolusing 15 minutes before I eat, even though when I was on nph and regular for 35 years I always shot the regular 1/2 hour prior to eating, but…I was an old timer diabetic and I just shot the same thing for whatever I ate as I was clueless about carbs.
Well anyway any other ideas to avoid the huge spikes I am seeing after meals as they are bugging me.
Anyone else who is on the CGMS do you see these spikes and just deal with it or what?
