I am super excited to announce that, thanks to the DHF Seeds Grant Program, my project is now complete! As a certified personal trainer, Ashtanga yoga instructor, and cognitive coach, I put together 4 videos that you can do in your very own living room!
The Sweat-Betes exercise videos are ready to rock and roll!
The best part about it? The set of 4 videos + an introduction video about blood sugars and exercise, is that every cent of your purchase is donated to the DHF’s Big Blue Test, which helps people across the globe get the insulin they need!
Each workout is designed to be reasonably challenging for the beginner-to-moderate level exerciser!
The videos include:
- 30 minutes of power yoga
- 20 minutes of bodyweight strength (no equipment)
- 20 minutes of dumbbell strength (just a few dumbbells!)
- 15 minutes of abs
After completing your purchase (aka: donation!), you'll receive an email with personalized links that will allow you to download each workout video. The downloads should take about 10 minutes per video, and then they are yours to keep forever!
