Strength training is something that my routine lacks. I’m in the process of trying to start something with a friend. I need a little push in that area.
Well unfortunately this weekend I didn’t do a whole lot of physical activity. Friday night some friends and I went out to the bar with yours truly as DD. Saturday I lazed around until i went out to a halloween party. Sunday wasn’t all that active either but i did manage to drag my butt to the pool and swam for an hour. This morning I went for my morning skate which was nice. Anyway that’s my exercise for the last couple days.
Today I did 40 mintues in Wii Fit Plus and mostly it was yoga and strength training. What about you?
Wow it’s been a long time since i’ve posted on this thread. Well I didn’t do alot the last weekend because I was out of town for a friend’s wedding which was awesome and there will be some pictures i’m sure. But I’ve been upto the same ol running or skating. I’ve been doing a little more skating than normal because the ice on the lakes froze and we haven’t gotten any snow so it’s amazing.
