Symlin for lower-carb meals?

I have been using Symlin on and off for the last few years. I got out of the habit of using it over the last few months because I don’t frequently eat more than about 25g per meal. I was told not to use it for <30g, but I have read that some people give themselves a jab whenever they have any kind of significant amount of food regardless of carbs. I had great success with weight loss while using it and have gained a few pounds so would like to get back to it. So my question is, how low can I safely go, and should I stay with my usual 60mcg dose or reduce it for smaller meals?
