Has anyone had this before? My son’s Tandem x2 t-slim pump is giving a “C:Power Source Alert”. So after plugging it into different wall outlets and repeatedly getting the same alert, I called Tandem support. The crazy thing is Tandem support asked me to disregard the alert and leave it plugged in for another 1/2 hour.
